Our computerized cutting department uses optical pattern projection and high-speed CNC reciprocating knives to cut leather panels to ±0.2mm tolerance. This maximizes hide yield, eliminates hand-cutting variances, and guarantees flawless seam alignment on every unit.
Equipped with industrial German Dürkopp Adler and Pfaff triple-transport compound feed machines. We effortlessly stitch through multi-layer 8mm–12mm heavy bridle leather, saddlery harness straps, and gun slips using UV-stabilized bonded continuous filament nylon threads.
Raw leather edges are beveled, sanded, and coated with up to 4 layers of premium Italian Giardini edge paint. Between coats, edges are cured and heat-sealed with motorized burnishing irons, preventing cracking, peeling, or water penetration in extreme climates.
We forge and cast our own hardware lines: solid sand-cast brass, marine-grade 316 stainless steel, and high-density zinc alloy. All hardware undergoes 48-hour neutral salt-spray corrosion tests to withstand humid marine and field hunting environments.
